Levi Ref - ProtoFursona 2

ProtoSona 2 - Levi (combination of various letters of “lotus-devil” )

Backstory:
A long time ago, probably over a year ago, I realized that my Fursona at the time, Raze (blue fox-wolf-swyft claw hybrid) was no longer a good fursona for me.
This was for a bunch of reasons– she seemed like more of a character, and she was also drawn with/ for my ex and that had some bad memories.

Levi was my second, more recent attempt at creating a new fursona for myself.
Her hair is more similar to my current style (I’m growing it out), and the scars are representative of some ones I have I real life, magnified to artistic proportions.
She is a simple wolf-swyft claw hybrid

Face scar- When I was just a toddler I tore my nose open and had to have it reconstructed through plastic surgery. You can’t see the scar in real life (it’s only on one nostril) but I’m fond of it anyways.
Shin scar- more recent, it’s a small one-inch scar that I got while practicing Parkour.

Levi’s skin pattern just came to me, but her coloring was a war of attrition. I eventually had to scan the lineart and print it out a dozen times and just sat and experimented on the mini-linearts. Took. Me. Forever.

That said, I scrapped Levi as my fursona because I worked to hard to make her creative and original and in the process lost the parts of her that reflected me. That, and I had no idea what to do for her back tattoo. Hence the lack of a back reference.

Note: I used the same pose for Levi as I did for Shahra, it was easier that way.

So another good one goes....
