Achmed - Assassin King

This is a bust drawing of my favorite character from the Symphony of Ages fantasy/romance book series by Elizabeth Haydon.
His name is Achmed the Snake and his original occupation is that of the Assassin. However, after a long series of events, he becomes the ruler of an entire race. He still has his assassin skills and isn’t afraid to use them to intimidate other royals, all of whom view his people as beasts.

Achemed is half Dharcian and half Firbolg (Bolg). The Dharcian are largely in the assassin calling, as they hunt elusive demons called F’dor. The bolg are a more orcish race, in my imagining similar to the galka of Final Fantasy XI Online.
Combine the two, and you get Achmed. I’ve already gotten into arguments with my ex (who introduced me to the series) about what Achmed would look like. I like to think that aside from the veins all over him and the mismatched eyes, he would actually be pretty attractive. Even though it’s hard to see, Achmed is uncomfortable with his own appearance, and I think if he were handsome beneath it all, it would add to his tragic side, and to his story and persona.
